The leading ten most-searched Vietnamese locations included Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, Phu Quoc, Nha Trang, Hoi An, Vung Tau, Dalat, Phan Thiet, and Hue. It’s worth noting that both Vung Tau and Ninh Binh saw the largest increase in searches, surging more than 75 percent.
The United States topped the list as the primary country generating global interest in learning more about traveling to Vietnam, trailed closely by India, Australia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, the UK, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Hong Kong.

A British traveler named Claire Brew, who explored Vietnam for an entire month, remarked on the nation’s stunningly varied terrain, which spans from the northernmost areas to the southern tips. Each area showcases unique characteristics that mesmerize tourists from around the world.
The Vietnam National Authority of Tourism reports that the nation’s tourism infrastructure is developing in a contemporary and thorough way. Air, road, and maritime transportation options have become more accessible, along with an increase in non-stop flights linking major global urban centers directly to Vietnam.
Besides, marketing and promotion campaigns conducted by the tourism sector in key source markets also help popularize the Vietnamese tourism brand globally.
Between January and April, the nation saw over 7.67 million international tourists, representing a rise of 23.8% from the corresponding months the previous year.
It seeks to accommodate 22-23 new arrivals in 2025.
