ARPC Surpasses 99% Positive Rating in Insurer Survey

Insurance provider comments emphasized ARPC’s advantages in transparent communication.

The Australian Reinsurance Pool Corporation(ARPC) has garnered significant satisfaction from its insurance company clients, as per the 2024 to 2025 Insurer Customer Survey carried out by ORIMA Research.

The survey, which gathered input from 75 insurance companies (the largest number since its inception), revealed an overall stakeholder perception index score of 84 out of 100, with 99% of insurers describing their collaboration with ARPC as good or very good.

ARPC received a reputation score of 82, with insurers praising its professionalism (96%), expertise (91%) and emphasis on customer service (88%).

The performance index also stood at 84, receiving high scores for responsiveness (96%) and conveying results (96%).

In terms of compliance assistance, ARPC achieved a score of 83, whereas capability and performance were assessed at 75.

Insurance provider feedback emphasized ARPC’s advantages in open communication, prompt assistance, and straightforward direction, especially throughout the cyclone pool integration and management processes.

Key areas needing enhancement were increased openness in the decision-making process, minimizing modifications to data specifications, and streamlining audit procedures.
